Japanese 80's 7" portable lathe for sale on Ebay???

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Im new to this forum and wondered what the experts on here think to this? Is it worth buying for the price? the audio on the listing sounds quite good, Are the discs used on it similar to the ones used with the vinylrecorder or are they just cheap things that will deteriorate with a few plays? I wonder if there is a similar one that does 12" discs?
