Chip Chaser for Presto 6N and PVC cutting

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Hi all
Have a quick question.

I'll start cutting with Diamond and Shank blanks and I'd like to know if this chip chaser will be a good idea to add to my Presto 6N and a vacuum tube.

Will have both.

This will make any difference? Do you recommend using both or just the vacuum?
I didn't tried yet because I'm still waiting the blanks and the stylus.

Thanks
