VR vacuum pump

Hello everybody.
Can you give me some advice on which vacuum to buy for my VR?
Mine is very Noisy... vibration etc
I have read that the best solution is the vacuum pump (very quiet).
Which vacuum pump do you recommend?
I know this has been discussed before ... but it's a jungle ... and it's not easy to figure out the best solution for me.

I use a BZT Side Channel Blower, never had an issue, from Germany.

I also use this side channel blower and it works without problems. But it is far from "quiet"!

Why reinvent the wheel, innit? The old wooden boxes made by Lee contained an Ametek / Lamb motor. So, roll your own Lee chip pump... Make a small wooden box that can just hold this motor:

Have a neoprene mousepad or similar in the bottom of the box for the motor to rest on, with its suction opening on the top and a circle cut in the top of the box for a vacuum hose to be inserted (and get the gasket from the vendor), and then put the box on a custom wooden tray with walls that has a foam pad lining for the box to sit on. This will minimize vibrations.

The pump will need to be driven variably for least noise, using full power at cutter drop and then dialing down the VariAc that goes to the pump's power cord after a few revs. I can't help you with the nozzle hiss, which is the louder of the noises made by the suction, and not the drone of the pump... Fancier if you can add a microswitch to activate a relay for the power to the pump so that the suction begins automatically if the turntable is revolving as soon as you move the cutter close to the platter. Then you add a 555 timer so that full power is on first, and after 3.6 seconds or so, it goes to 2/3 power or whatever works (e.g., 2/3, at first, and then 1/2, later...) - depends on if you use the same pump for other suction purposes besides swarf removal, such as vacuum-clamping the blank to the platter...

I use a Air Conditioner Compressor, silent, so I can use at the bottom of my desk, inside the studio, even make records in the middle of the night...
I dont use a t560, so I dont know if that large tube going to take too much airflow, maybe had to make that hole mor tight, and that chip jar had to put a filter like that mini used in motorcicles i guess, thats what I use, never let me down
