Rek-o-kut M series arm with Astatic mounting unit

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Rek-o-kut M series arm with Astatic mounting unit

Does anyone know of any photographs or drawings showing a Rek-o-Kut M series recording lathe arm with the mounting unit for the Astatic M-41 cutting head? I acquired what I thought was one, and although the head unit fits right in the frame, and the needle tightening screw and head mounting screws line right up with the holes for them, the extended metal frame on the head does not lie flat, so the head is not at the right angle. So I'm not sure if it's not the right mounting unit or not.

Thanks,

Mark
