This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

i hope this is the right place to post this.. i just wanted to say thanks to all who contribute here and share their knowledge and links. i have learned so much about record cutters and cutting since i found this forum and the people here are cool and happy to share. so far all i have done is ask for help but i look forward to giving back to this great forum as soon as i have something to offer.
