after having my mono bsr cutterhead returned from gib with a note
saying "can't repair" waited 6 months to get this response?
I decided I would attempt it myself - not easy as its a saddle coil?
but on the second attempt success! really pleased with the output
but how can I measure and calibrate this so I dont blow it
any other protection suggestions would be greatly accepted.
cutter head protection

Get a fuse protector and cut the positive wire and splice it between the connection to your amp and the cutterhead so if you overpower the head you pop the fuse before the head goes poof. I have both of my systems set up that way.
all the best!
