Souri/Vinyl Recorder at sxsw???

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Souri/Vinyl Recorder at sxsw???

A friend of mine said he saw someone (perhaps Souri) displaying Vinyl Recorders at the SXSW trade show a few days ago. He didn't tell me until Saturday and they had shut down the trade show.

My friend mentioned me and whoever was there seemed to know who I was, so I'm just curious if it was anyone who posts here. I know that souri has somebody who is traveling in the US teaching people how to work the things. Anybody know who it is?
