Presto K8 - Output Suddenly Drops

The output on my Presto K8 just dropped significantly today. I have to turned it up much louder now to get the same number on the volume indicator. I know I saw a post about this the other day saying there is something you have to replace to correct this but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know what the issue or know the post I am referring to? thanks

You gotta mount 2 little birds eye knobs on the grill between the turntable and the knob plate!

Oddly enough the issue went away. I think my heat lamp might have overheated it...? Still would like to know the answer though because it could still happen one day. thanks!

could be the coupling capacitors failing. Is the output distorted when it drops?
