My interview on NPR's "How I Built This" is Up! Its about my business with Kris Dorr, Mobile Vinyl Recorders.
This is one of my favorite NPR programs/podcasts and I'm super flattered to be featured. I'm the 5 min featurette at the very end.
Also, just so you know, they had to fake up a bunch of static because all of the lathe cut rips I made with "vinyl noise" were "too subtle for earbuds". Same thing happened with my piece on the BBC. And before anyone starts tearing it apart for vocabulary, nuance, or mistakes, remember that this is intended for the other 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the world that doesn't know, or really care about those things, and is intended to convey the largest idea in the shortest amount of time.

Re: Mobile Vinyl Recorders on NPR's How I Built This!
Thanks! It was a 2 hour phone interview and an hour preliminary fact finding phone call boiled down to a 5 min segment, but it was really flattering to be asked!
