Rek-o-kut head mount adapters?

This is where record cutters raise questions about cutting, and trade wisdom and experiment results. We love Scully, Neumann, Presto, & Rek-O-Kut lathes and Wilcox-Gay Recordios (among others). We are excited by the various modern pro and semi-pro systems, too, in production and development. We use strange, extinct disc-based dictation machines. And other stuff, too.

Rek-o-kut head mount adapters?

Going through my assorted spare parts, I have a couple of the smaller Rek-o-kut overheads (B5/M5) with the laydown style head mounts. Didn't there used to be someone on here that sold an adapter to modify them for a vertical mount head? I'm not sure whether to just unload them (I think I have a couple M41 cutting heads somewhere) or maybe modify them.

If someone sells an adapter, let me know. Otherwise, I may have a couple of overheads for sale shortly.

Thanks,

Mark

I sell two different variations on it. Jed’s counterweight with dashpot version and another version that has no dashpot, but has a front spring similar to the 6n weight spring. Dm me
