Wanted To Buy : Extruder.

Once you have cut a master laquer, you have metal stampers created and have records pressed from them. Discuss manufacturing here. (Record Matrix Electroforming- Plating, Vinyl Record Pressing.)

I dont think you will find one here. You might try contacting used machinery dealers who specialise in plastics machinery. It is very hard to find a small extruder.

Which presses / how many did you find?? The photos on your website look like photos from the defunct RM Schallplaten plant in Germany.

Hello and thank you for your messsage and your advice!

We bought a hand press Toolex and two manual presses that I know the brand.

We also have a VS60 Neumann, plating bath, all the material to make labels and a cutter to form the cover.

We are full installation of all equipment.
Before we worked as brooker, we realized only cutting.

Familiarized yourself enterprise that performs to extrude the plastics industry?

Regards.

I think your lathe is actually a VMS62 Special. I used to have one.

Sound like you have collected a lot of equipment. I dont understand your question.

Yes, VMS62 ... I am not an expert nominated equipment ... As long as the machine comes out of good lakes! :D

Sorry for my very bad English ... I go through a computer translator.

My request is that I'm looking for an extruder for my two manual presses.
Do you have an address of these companies realize that yet?

Regards.

No problem. You must find companies that sell used plastics machinery. I don't know any in France. It is dfficult to find a small extruder. Which presses do you have?

Thank you for this information.

We have 1 x Toolex manual press.
2 x manual press that I do not know the name of the manufacturer.

You, what type of press do you have?

Hello and thank you for your clarification.

In your plant, what kind of extruder are you using?

Look here
http://shop.ebay.de/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570&_nkw=Spritzeinheit
Most likely best unit for you there is this
http://cgi.ebay.de/Arburg-komplette-Spritzeinheit-350-40er-Schnecke-/360189491780?pt=Kunststoffe_Chemie&hash=item53dcf77a44
Need hydraulics to drive it and keep the injection part fixed so it acts like an extruder rather than a combined extruder injector
Else
look here for a piece of Chinese junk
http://cgi.ebay.de/Extruder-Extrusion-Line-for-PVC-ABS-profiles-JWSML45-26-/200402868311?pt=Kunststoffe_Chemie&hash=item2ea8f11857
Either one would need some kind of puck former not hard to knock up
Now you can go for it my French friend and welcome to the exclusive club of suffering for your art
Cheers
Chris

mmmh, I don´t know, if an injection extruder works,
maybe wrong temperature, and too much power, but with
some modifications, maybe.....

No modifications necessary mate
Just lock the injection barrel
If half smart you can make the puck by injecting in the cake former
If you have enough cooling it would speed up things quite a lot
Any way the guy asking is suffering from A B syndrome
He does not know the difference between his ass and his elbow when it comes to record pressing so no point in elaborating on this fine little improvement as things stand
Really he needs to visit a plant and spend some time there so he can see for himself what the real situation is
We had some Spanish people visiting Italy after a lot of hot post in here But I think they went quite after seeing what it takes to press a record
Well may be I am wrong and there would be a plant in Spain and one in Portygal I am told
Great to see on on Norway
Only time will tell as well as a lot of money
Cheers
Chris
