Installation of our Pheenix AD12's

My infrequent visits here are the end result of being extremely busy in the last few months
So all the AD12's are up and running for a while now, production output and quality as expected but it was a hard task
Since all the pipe work was executed is Stainless Steel it really pointed out to me at least something that has taken some time to sort out, S/S fittings and pipe work need to be 100% in so far as threads are concerned, any low/lower quality fittings will give you grief, and they did, we had to replace a number of them as the constant drip and slight leaks was an issue, despite the fact that a very large number of joints were welded there are areas one needs to use threaded fitting
Unlike steel or galvanised fittings which do settle down after after a few days S/S threaded fittings will not so here is a lesson for myself so anyone contemplating the same be aware, avoid threaded S/S fittings wherever possible or use high quality ones to avoid having to do the job twice
By the way I am talking about 1800+ feet or 600 M of pipe work 2" 1" 3/4" and 1/2" Steam in and out water in and out Air line and vacuum line plus branching to Heat exchange at the hydraulic pack etc from inside the plant to the outside rear of the factory open space where all the services are
Water pressure and temp control steam traps water filters air filters and a lot of items to be hooked up so the machines can function correctly
All done and settled down now apart from final observation for a few more weeks with our tools standing by Ha
