Tariff woes

Similar to what is going on with electronics the raw materials needed to make records in the US are subject to tariffs while finished goods manufactured outside the US are exempt. It is going to be a long four years.......

no tariffs so far shipping lacquers/DMM to US from EU.

i was hit 10% on new blank lacquers coming to me
cutting lacquers-vms70 system

Any one know what wholesale is on lacquers? Are we getting crazy markups or is cost really high?

Mmmm Wouldn't be holding my breath mate, very rare to see any government reversing a revenue stream These are there to stay for good unless the whole tariff experiment reverts back to the fragile free trade pacts of the past
