Tip-On sleeves

Does anyone here have contacts to a manufacture of tip-on sleeves in Europe? If possible not UK, because of the Brexit we trying to avoid the shipping hustle from UK.

I believe Kasematic in Finland offer tip-on sleeves.

We work with Kasematic in Finland on a regular basis for tip-ons and I highly recommend them.
