UK standard 4-prong push-out centre

Hi there!

I am looking for a tool to punch out the 4-prong push-out centre:

some customers are asking...

I think, it is not possible, to change the bulb in the toolex puncher,
because the 4-prong is a bit bigger then original size...1.5" or 38.1mm...

any funky ideas?
