Liquid Filled 12"

Hi everyone
I have a question about the pressing of the Third Man Record's release of Jack White's "Sixteen Saltines" released on a liquid filled "disc"

First off I am guessing that its 2 sides are pressed separately, then a type of liquid is added right before "gluing" the 2 halves together. I really have no clue. If someone could enlighten me on the process and materials used it would be much appreciated.

How many does any one want?? I will make them at these prices You can stipulate the color of the liquid as well Money Up front and don't ask for one or two Say 50 at the time any combo of colors Thats no issue
