I think is about time that we have a list of the people around the globe who make new presses as well as moulds to suit their machines as well as other services available or offered to the Vinyl Record Pressing industry
Please provide a short description of products available also contribute links with web address and contact details
I would have thought that most if not all involved do visit here so the invitation is extended to manufacturers first, of course any one else can also chip in

Hi Chris

We are Sibert Instruments Ltd based in the UK www.sibert.co.uk, we have been long established in the early days of the Vinyl industry and then into Optical Disc as manufacturers of Punching and Finishing equipment for Stamper preparation.

We currently have a new Stamper Centre Punch available and we are in the process of developing a new Back Finisher which should be abvailable around the middle of the year. Addtional products are also on the road map.

We can also service and support for our older equipment which is still in use in the Vinyl industry.

We are also very happy to speak to customers who need specific equipment that might be difficult to maintain or hard to find.

Hi everyone,
We, Pheenix Alpha, offer new fully automatic pressing machines based on the Toolex Alpha AD12. The mechanical part of the machine is built according to the original spec. Since we are the sucessor of Toolex Alpha we have all the original drawings for the pressing machine and we have the know-how. Most of the people working here have been working at Toolex Alpha in the past.

The AD12 is updated with new control system and safety measures that complies with today's safety standards.
The standard AD12 comes with one spindle output station. We offer dual output station with automatic cooling plate deposition or automatic sleeving unit as options. Also there's an integrated hydraulic pump unit as an option. The AD12 can run 12" 10" and 7" format.
Also we offer the original Toolex Alpha moulds and preforming tool for stampers.

To this date, our installed base of new AD12's is 20+ machines.

We are currently working on the "resurrection" of the 7" AD7. Our goal is to have the first batch ready by the end of 2018.
