Might be easier to go to your local engineering shop and ask them to make a tool and die. You punch the records one by one with a hammer or better still, you can put the tool and die in a press and do them one by one.

Why an auto unit - are you putting this on a press? I have a Toolex automatic unit that I could be be convinced to sell.

Where are you based? We make an electric flywheel press that will fit dies for a standard large hole or UK style dinked center but shipping will cost more than the machine. If you are in the US why not ask RPA, they have tabletop manual and electric models.

newbuilt germany has built a 7inch dinker, mostly like the dinker
at the toolex 702 automatic press.
I saw a video of it, works fine. ask erwin
