DMM copper 3 inch 72mm disc resonance problem. I don't know what could be causing this mechanical resonance, any tips are welcome.

It’s incredible how far-reaching the consequences of Chernobyl were. Decades later, in some corners, even far from the epicenter, we’re still seeing some strange side effects.
