My First Lathe!

Hi Everyone!
I am super stoked because a Recordio 1C10 that I ordered just arrived at my door. It looks really clean and I haven't tested out yet, but the seller says everything works including the amp besides the record cutter part of the unit. They say it might just need a cartridge on the listing, but I thought they just meant needle. After seeing that included with a note in the package, I was worried I might actually need a cartridge. And if I do need a cartridge what would I get? Maybe they are in error?
