Mastering software and cutting simulation

Does anyone know if there is a solution like this available for the public?

There is nothing like this available unfortunately. This is a proprietary system developed over many years.

Yes, the software is not available to the public.
We refused several offers (even The Scientologists) in the past. It is a complete mastering system directly connected to our database of titles and internal informational system. Also it includes several hardware modules for a direct communication between the PC workstation and Neumann VMS-82 and VMS-70 lathes. It is optimized and calibrated for them.
I think there exist specialists with abilities to create a similar software (even with some reduced possibilities) in the world, but they would need longer time to do it and would need to have this task as a full time job (well paid). I can name Flo or Opcode/Todd here. It is necessary to have both the programming skills, knowledge about physics and maths behind cutting master plates and unlimited access to at least one cutting lathe for tests.
