Light at the end of the tunnel

Its been a long time but I will be able to start shipping limited supplies of 7 & 10" lacquer discs by the end of the month. Still trying to find good shipping boxes.
NB: This is a 1 man operation & I have servers to maintain & a studio to run, & I am disabled,,,, so don't expect miracles.
If any one wants to see some evidence they can view a few pics on 1 of my servers.
Because of hackers I have limited the login attempts & limited the countries that can log on to only countries that I have customers with server accounts.
THAT SAID GO HERE: tpidubclub.com or http://173.12.127.78:5000

Then copy & paste the user name & password below in the fields.

USER NAME: Lacquer Discs

PASSWORD: hAzasT2fResWUprest

Then click on: File Station
then on the folder: Lacquer

You can download the files as this server has not been upgraded since 2009,, its kinda slow now. I will get around to that 1 day.

Best regards 👍

Where you located? Because of hackers some countries don't have access to the server & you are limited to 1 attempt at login.
Email me & i can send you a wetransfer bundle if you still interested.

BAD NEWS,,,,,,,,Yesterday was a disaster,,, most of the 10" discs are damaged because I had them stacked horizontally & the weight was too much. Most have ugly impressions from the red silicone rubber as soft as it is. The lacquer even came off on the rubber when it was removed.
The 7" are not bad because they weigh a lot less. see damaged pic!!!!

I saw these in the past (see attachment) & took it for granted,,,, now I know the importance of vertical storage. ggggguuuurrrrr...
see vertical storage by other companies.!!!

GOOD NEWS,,,,,, the discs made Nov. & Dec last year still sound good so my proposed warranty period should be good. I did some test cuts.
One thing I noticed,,,some of the discs now measure .006" instead of .007" I will make them .007-.008" so they will still be within specification during the warranty period at least. I guess they are right when they say lacquer never dries & glass is still a liquid. There will be some more delays.

If anyone want to hear he test cut email me & I can send you the video of it,,, its 11+ minutes long.

GOOD NEWS!!!!
I will be able to get 6 boxes on 15 pack 7" discs,, only about 35% of those were badly damaged,,, 90% of the 10 were.
SO I will still be shipping some soon.

I will update you when everything is ready to be shipped.
