Adapting a press

Anything goes! Inventors! Artists! Cutting edge solutions to old problems. But also non-commercial usage of record cutting. Cost- effective, cost-ineffective, nutso, brilliant, terribly fabulous and sometimes fabulously terrible ideas.

Is That German Steam Man
We all know about that Andy because you told us Remember?
Is the Swedish part that does the waste
So after the extruder is ready and according to Alpha 10 minutes to get up to temp and another 10 to stabillise Than you start pressing good records from the start say in 20 minutes?
Or you run the press on test for the 10-15 minutes so as to get some heat on the molds and wear plates?
That makes it about 30-35 minutes from turn on ?
Oh well thats about the right time without German steam and German electricity every where else in the world
A few rejects at the start is normal may be vacuum or to cold so the trimmer breaks them instead of trimming them a few minor adjustment on the panel settle it down and off it goes
Not that bad about 5-10 rejects is about right
Well thats what we do
They did make more than of these machines Andy
Just curious Andy
A simple question
From a cold start How long it takes you to get good Records out of the 702?
Cheers
Chris

Will sound good on Drum and Base or may be a Hip Hop story line Like!
Dies ist der am besten deutsche Dampfkesselanlagen
I got the German Dampf
I got the German Dampf
I got the German Dampf
Now hear me here

All you record pressers Hear
I got me a 45
I got me a 45
And ad infinatum like we all know Hey
Ah yeah
I forgot may be an African beat would do the trick
Better hey well than it would be
A stoomketel or mvuke in Swahili rather than Dampfkesselanlagen
cheers
Google knows everything

Ohhhh yes man.....now we know you steezo !!!! is that the "Pressers Delight" ? , we can mash up Chic and Queen samples and take you to stardom , sure be a "pressure" drop hehehehe.
Very Busy days , some cutting works at least , soon online again

We must promote the use and abuse of vinyl records.
