I believe I answered your email, Dubwise. At the moment, I'm extremely busy doing the work you see me documenting. Once completed, I'll have more time. Either way, I always have time for customers. Just look at the feedback on my mono cutterhead repair thread. https://www.lathetrolls.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6380&p=52119&hilit=mono+cutterhead+repair#p52119 I will support anything I sell to anyone. This is way beyond a DIY project at this point

Below is the latest video. I've now created machining operations for every part, made one of every party, and perfected the processes. I've also learned tricks on how to speed up making perfect blocks for machining parts from. Now, I start making a second round of parts. These will all be perfect and will become the first Mantra V2 Metal Body Professional Feedback Stereo Cuterhead.
Here is the STL file for the passive spindle fan which fits the round top of an ER11 nut. I only use these for roughing operations. I worry that it may add some runout and therefore do not use this on finishing, drilling or profiling operations.
Finally, I'm nearly finished with a Presto 1-D clone. Will be made primarily from printed plastic. Steel armature clone. Spring clones. Damper clones. My awesome coil clones. And, neodymium magnets. Will be more powerful and extended range than the original.
