Who can help me with my VR T560 cutterhead?

Anything goes! Inventors! Artists! Cutting edge solutions to old problems. But also non-commercial usage of record cutting. Cost- effective, cost-ineffective, nutso, brilliant, terribly fabulous and sometimes fabulously terrible ideas.

Where does the sapphire stylus come from? Where can I buy a good and cheap one for testing?
What are those "cones" behind the drivers, connected by the 2 rods? I know they should have the same function they have in Sauri's vinylrecord, but I figure out what they exactly do.
Are your left driver connections inverted?

Thanks.
Keep up the good work.
hey Casanova,..

the cones are for geometric,..like a torque tube!
that hold that in position!

Cones are looking good! It may sound obvious but what shape do you draw to cut out to get the cone perfect?

Hey Saku, it is ok,
Snug Music , this is a very pretty melody 1841 Joseph Haydn, I told you that I'm learning German, I learned by heart.
Deutsche Frauen, deutsche Treue,
deutscher Wein und deutscher Sang
Sollen in der Welt behalten
ihren alten schönen Klang,
Uns zu edler Tat begeistern
unser ganzes Leben lang.
Deutsche Frauen, deutsche Treue,
deutscher Wein und deutscher Sang! :)

hey aaron, I have the cone made from paper! Also, the program for the calculation I used. then cut, shaped and glued. Then stabilized with superglue and held on the form, then the Rod fixed with superglue. After he was well placed in the form, I have this then dipped in resin and allow to dry. that's it! 8)
