Are you having to dip the cones multiple times in resin? I did one dip and they're still very flexible
Re: Who can help me with my VR T560 cutterhead?
why not use aluminum beer cans ?
Re: Who can help me with my VR T560 cutterhead?
Best cones are made of brass, brass transfers vibrations very well, the head will ring bells

I dipped them once, they're still very flexible. It got cold outside, and I've been doing it in the garage because the resin smells so bad... So I'm waiting for it to warm up a little. I guess I need to dip again. How many times did you dip it?

Re: Who can help me with my VR T560 cutterhead?
d6 diamond audio
NO!!!
Before i change the d6 tweeters to the head, i will make a other test with "SINUSLINE CAR TWEETERS", they have a metal-housing for better Resonanz.
I found it last days by my electronic-dialer.
They have a pretty good frequency response!!!
Updates follow this day.....stay tuned!

well
I am currently working now on the head of a super , very very fast, the frequency response of 15Hz to 25kHz , metal head, similar to JVC, fire and smoke! I have a friend who has a precision CNC machine, my friend also watches, repairs, he told me this week will do me the head of my project, no problem. It will be riding so I think
