Stereo Professional Cutting Head and System

Anything goes! Inventors! Artists! Cutting edge solutions to old problems. But also non-commercial usage of record cutting. Cost- effective, cost-ineffective, nutso, brilliant, terribly fabulous and sometimes fabulously terrible ideas.

Stereo Professional Cutting Head and System

I'm starting a new thread and I'm waiting for suggestions and recommendations.
Everyone is free to express their opinion on the subject.
It's supposed to be a head called: Our shared technical idea, with the default common name TSPVCH [i.e., professional troll stereo cutting head].
It's going to be fun, I think... :)
All suggestions will be welcome and I will try to implement the project from scratch, what do you think about it? :)
The prize for the winner of the project will be the actual head, which I will make for the winner.

1. What should it look like?

2. External dimensions

3. Type of magnetic transducers used

4. Head weight

5. Universal mounting and what type

6. Technical and electrical parameters

7. Color and other
:)

According to AI artificial intelligence, the most well-known, appreciated and respected by mastering professionals is the head you see in the photo, what do you think about it? :)

I took the liberty of posting the video because someone asked me what the oscilloscope is for when recording a disc. There's a green vector scope in the monitor, which is used to monitor the phase of the left and right channels and to monitor the recording level.
[Just a side note, related to the question...].In the original, what material is the CH1 head housing made of, if anyone knows, please tell me.

If anyone winds feedback coils with very thin 10 micron (0.01 mm) winding wire, please contact me.
I WILL PAY a minimum of $150 for one feedback coil according to my guidelines, meaning two FB coils total $300 plus shipping, plus $100 for the owner of this website, TSSOLT.
Please share your information publicly; I do not respond to private emails.
I was considering buying a precision coil winder for this type of wire, but the price ranges from a few thousand to several thousand dollars, so... you understand...

Hello.
This isn't an analog recording from a vinyl record; it's from YouTube, meaning it's digital. I recorded it with microphones that make noise. It's a mediocre recording; the microphone picks up the signal from the speakers...
Someone asked about the VEKROSCOPE, so I posted a video with digital sound. :)

A real vinyl recording [is not a digital fraud]. We live in times when AI can decode a remaster very quickly or can even lie and cheat. In this case, it's a real analog recording. :)

If you want, I can give it a try. That way I can also practice and keep learning the great craft of coil winding. Message me privately and tell me exactly what you need.

No, I will write to you publicly and show you the coil winding diagram, ok? :)

So here's the deal.

I wrote on the forum that I was on a military mission, but quickly returned because I got hit and can no longer work on machines myself.

But, but I have money because I received a very large compensation from my government.

I want to use this compensation for a MISSION.

This MISSION is to make a professional cutting head for the man who founded this TSSOLT forum.

Therefore, I need PEOPLE to perform certain tasks related to making a professional cutting head.

I need experts in various fields of science, namely electronics, optics, technology, and precision mechanics—in other words, engineering and technology.

I will publicly ask questions about something that needs to be done professionally, and if someone knows how to do it, I will commission them to do the job. Money isn't important to me because I have it and don't need to increase my budget. I want everyone to be able to learn about the construction of this device and how it's made. There are some people, also on this forum, who do certain things but want to earn money only for themselves, but they draw and have drawn knowledge from this forum, now they pretend not to hear and not to see. :)
But these people make money off others, on the knowledge they gain on this forum. At the same time, I want to emphasize that what they do doesn't always meet the requirements and conditions they describe.

I acquired and bought a head from a European maker. He even expanded his inventory with electronics and other odds and ends. I tested it on my machine. I'll show it publicly in a while and you'll see for yourselves what it's worth. But right now, it costs about $3,000... and a little more, a pound of lint and a matchstick. That's what I think it's worth. So here's how it works:
1. I commission the work, pay you for it, and you complete it and show it publicly with dimensions, materials, and techniques.
First thing to do:
1. The head suspension bracket from the first photo [CH1]
2. Contact me publicly.
3. I pay $5 per piece for this piece, times 100 pieces, so you'll receive $500 plus shipping. :)

You're insulting me, aren't you? I'm taking ketanolic acid, the strongest drug imaginable. Making 100 of these holders is a thousand times easier than winding a single feedback coil into this head, I think. :)

some things will be very difficult and complicated and very expensive and time-consuming to make, so you have to start with very simple things, we are making a holder for this CH1 :)
