Interesting. I can tell you put a lot of work into it.

I think the word "homemade" is missing from her title, and probably "embossing." It might well be the first "something."
Whatever it is, I'm impressed, and I want to know more. welcome!

Typed post too fast. Noty intention to in any way discourage this cutter. I think what they've done is great!!! Please keep at it! If I can help in any way let me know.
I was just saying there are other videos as a nudge to our new poster to search a bit more. They will likely find ideas in other people's work.

Re: The Only STEREO Lathe on Youtube I've Seen (Mine)
Very well recorded on CD , I think that if more you will finish up your machine CUTTER HEAD this you will reach still better results , if you have an access to plates HARMODISC of the firm VESTAX VRX2000 and you will record on them to your CUTTER HEAD this you will reach the very good quality audio,

Remix made for The Secret Society of Lathe Trolls (of course this was embossed on polycarbonate). Here is the track prior to embossing.

Really impressive.
Congratulation for your great results. Finally, it seems CDR can worth to be tried for test purposes

Re: The Only STEREO Lathe on Youtube I've Seen (Mine)
Added a fast spiral in/ out switch (N/C). Open it and the scroll motor goes 70% max speed. I placed it near the manual scroll stop (closed loop groove) "coz" it seemed the logical place. I was putting doing this off until I could think how it would be done using the scroll motor regulator. So even though my lathe is still "homemade", it gets closer to having all of the pro features LOL.
