Some Help Is Needed With Audacity

Anything goes! Inventors! Artists! Cutting edge solutions to old problems. But also non-commercial usage of record cutting. Cost- effective, cost-ineffective, nutso, brilliant, terribly fabulous and sometimes fabulously terrible ideas.

Some Help Is Needed With Audacity

Hello folks. I hope you can me with my issue. A while ago I discovered an web based application for converting sound files to svg graphics. I'm intended to convert my favorite tracks to graphic files, in order to put them on laser engraved records. However, I have a problem: Some of those tracks are available on 33 rpm singles or compilation albums. I spent quite a time with Audacity, but changing the speed of sound files from 33 to 45 rpm won't work. I'll be glad if you give me some advice about it. Thanks in advance,

Surprised no one has jumped on this. I don’t use Audacity all that much my lathe runs slower so I use Reaper to change the speed rate of the audio so once cut it plays back at the required speed. I’d suggest giving it a try.
