Looking for Lathe Cutting work? easy money?

I'm looking for one of you talented Lathe cutters to produce me a run of 150 2 sided Flexi discs for a fan-zine. I'm offering $300 to whoever can do it. Before a deal is struck I'll require 2 test-cuts of the music to be sent to me to ensure I'm happy with the quality.

Colour, size and shape are all up to you but should fit inside an A4 fanzine and be 'flexi' cut into a material that should be as flexible as possible.

no offense here, but 300.- (DOLLARS!) for a 2 sided cut....
thats 2.- per disc.
who would do that ?
that does not nearly cover the cost, not considering time going into that.

Most of the older Flexidiscs we stamped out from a master - there is a tread going already about this.

reasonable price?

the person has to cut these in real time, the only person who does that kind of mass cutting manufacturing if Peter King. http://home.comcast.net/~cassetto/kingrates.html at around $5nz ($4usd) for a 7" record. He uses multiple machinces at once to whip these things out,

So maybe if you could convince someone to do this maybe offer AT LEAST $800+ for 150 records... and even then i wonder if anyone would take you up on this. ?
