I am not a record cutter, just a quad head. I do have an ancient dictaphone type lathe, but it has never worked. My interest is in quadraphonics and Quadradiscs. Quadradisc represents the pinnacle of the record cutter's art, and with Lou Dorren designing a brand new CD-4 demodulator, it might be a good thing to get some interest going in CD-4 cutting. There has been no activity in this field since the seventies. But since I'm not a cutter, there is not anything I can really do about it. But it would be great if there was some new material availlable in CD-4.
