Hello to all.

As a member of this forum for a short time, so I allow myself to introduce myself.
In advance, I apologize for my bad english, for this reason I use a trducteur .... :-)

I'm David and I live in France, in the region of Franche-Comté.

I started a short time ago, my business manufacturing stampers for vinyl.
Since I do not have huge financial means, I started with a very small studio and materials in small numbers but in good working condition.

My galvanic workshop at the moment, I am equipped with tanks containing two works, each with a power supply that can go up to 100A bath.
This bath allows me to do both formats, 14 "and 10".
I know it is not much and I hope to soon equip me another bath.
Here are some pictures of my bath :

As other materials, I have a cabin for silver I refreshed with original color ... :-)

For the preparation of lacquers, I use an old bath or lacquers are in rotation:

And also a small system with agitation tanks for the various stages of preparation lacqers :

For the part of the rinsing lacqers I realized a small space rinsing with a small surface containing a suction Work :

For the manufacture of pure water I have a small unit manufacturing pure water with a reserve of 250L with manufacturing pure water directly .
This manufacturing unit is convenient and allows me to have pure water for about 10-155 days and régération is made less than an hour :

For customers who wish, I also have a small studio cutting allows me to make myself the cutt , although it is not my main activity :

Small video of a cutt session... :-)

I hope you enjoyed the presentation of my small and humble workshop and of course, I am at your disposal for any questions about it.

I wish you all good luck in your activitées or your passions and soon on this forum.

David.

Looks great David.

Maybe you need a change of scenery and a move to the US state of Connecticut? Set this up next door to me... 8)

NO not pressing, just cutting and mastering. Two semi-automatic 12" presses would be a nice addition too. If i could find a local steam confident person to run that setup

Congratulations. You have done a top job. It looks like your plating tanks were made for videodisc stampers, hence being able to plate 14" lacquers with such a modern system. All the best with your venture!!
