Vanrock e101 screw problem
Hi all,
So my Vanrock e101 arrived with me safely. The previous owner told me the stylus included was really old, so this afernoon I decided to take it out while I wait for a new one to arrive.
So I turned the screw to take out the old stylus and the screw that holds the stylus in place has broken in two leaving half in my hand, and the other half wedged inside.
As you can imagine, my heart hit the floor! It's difficult to think my strength alone has done this, so maybe it happened in transit.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get the rest of the screw out of the machine?
Is the tone arm of the Vanrock accessible if I unscrew it?
Thank you!
James

Re: Vanrock e101 screw problem
Hi all,
Is there anybody out there with a Vanrock e101 who can tell me the full specification for the 1.5mm stylus holding screw?
I need to replace the screw as mine is still broken - it's damaged so I can't confirm the thread count, or measure the length of it.
Can anyone measure theirs with a ruler for me please so I can find a replacement?
THANK YOU!!!

Re: Vanrock e101 screw problem
Sure! Screw thickness is 1.6mm, screw length is 9mm (12mm including the head), so I think you`ll need a M1.6x9 screw.Knights101 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 1:49 pmIs there anybody out there with a Vanrock e101 who can tell me the full specification for the 1.5mm stylus holding screw?
