Healthy new year !
My question:
Can I cut groove in mono mode (not Micro groove) with a Souri T560 ?
For a mono signal no problem, but for a groove ?
Do I need replace the stylus ?
Is it possible to achieve that and how ?

I mean:
if I cut deep groove in mono at 78rpm with a T560,
could I play correctly at 78 rpm the cutting result on a gramophone ?

The profile of the cutting stylus is narrower, and a steel gramophone needle at the headweight they play at will wear out a record super fast. But if you play it back with a super sharp cactus needle it can work.
