Engraving pen ? what tool are you using?

Hi guys,
i am trying to figure out what tool to use to write on the surface of the disc. I am talking about writing serial number, artists names and so on, in the lead-out section of the record.
i did some engraving with a simple needle but i loose control over the text and the result is not good at all !

i found this pens but i am not sure this is right (see attachment)
Please, can you show the tool you are using to keep this practice smooth and easy !

Curious what other people use. I use these, I do however dull the end a bit with some sandpaper before using them though so as they're not too scratchy and personally I can't distinguish from anyone elses scribing on lacquers.

I have 2 of the ones in the photo. The 1st on the left and the last on the right. I just use them for scribing into petg and poly carb. I don’t cut lacquers, for what my experience is worth.
