Newbie from France

Hello everyone,
I am a 42-year-old French beginner who would like to buy a Presto or a Rek-o-Kut to get into vinyl engraving. I would like to record small mono jazz or blues combos in my home studio. I myself am a drummer but also a fan of silver photography in the darkroom which I have been doing myself for a few months. I think I will find the same source of pleasure in vinyl engraving as in photo printing and I hope soon enough to find a nice, easily repairable machine, operating at 220V/50hz and the Presto 6N and the Rek o Kut Challenger seem to me to be the perfect choice. At the moment, i'm recording with a Nagra III, and my Technics (with her AT33 mono) is now waiting for vinyls!
