I am Loïc from Official.fm as Olivier told in the previous post, we closed the vinyl plant (ofm vinyl) in October 2013.

Here is a listing of all the equipment that belong to us:

12) 1 Sibert stamper trimmer
13) 1 Sibert stamper punch
14) 1 Label oven
15) 1 Stamper backsander
16) 1 Di water system
17) 1 Laquer degreasing bath
18) 1 Set of tools
19) 1 Set of working benches
20) 1 Set of deviders
21) 1 Set of Cartons
22) 1 Set of vinyl pellets
23) Variouse tools
24) 1 electric sanding machine
25) 1 A3 size paper cutter

Ted Vreman purchased all the equipment under his company named Cyber Music BV. He paid in cash a part of it but never ever paid the remaining.
Since October 2013 all we received was excuses and promesses that he will pay.
We called him and send him many emails the last contact I had was in april 2014.

@stansnel or anyone, do you have by any chancve an address/email/phone contact of the prosecutor or authorities in Netherland who seem to have confiscated the equipment.
We are ready to take legal action against Ted Vreman but we need your help and person we could contact to move forward as fast as possible.

This guy should not be able to run away like this and fool everybody.

I'm not quite understanding this auction. If there is contention that some of these items are already owned by people, by what rights were they considering auctioning them to others? Has there been contact informaion offered re this auction?

Steve, the equipment could have been seized for any number of reasons such as bankruptcy, unpaid rent and who knows what else.

In some jurisdictions, if you don't pay your rent the landlord can seize your assets regardless of who owns them and can sell them to recoup unpaid rent. In the case of bankruptcy the liquidator can also seize assets and sell them regardless of who owns them. Court appointed liquidators get paid a flat fee and don't want to listen to sob stories or waste any time on the matter. It sucks, but that's how it is.

However I am struggling to get an overview on the listing for the auction. It looks like it has been take of from vaarseveld auction http://www.veilingdeurwaarder.nl/ but it could reappaer in another place.

Hello, I'm terribly afraid we're dealing here with some sort of ID fraud, for I, Guy Tavares, the owner of Motorwolf records, a small record label in the Netherlands, and 'owner' of this account, have not been active at all on this forum for more than a year, so anything said and done in my name on 'lathetrolls' in the last year or so at least, must have been performed under a false flag! I just found out as a friend contacted me today concerning this strange matter! I sincerely apologise and shall contact board admin asap,

Anyone any idea about any stampers left behind at mr. Ted's old place, or perhaps anything (names, addresses, contacts) about these German pressing plants where he (as he had always told me) had outsourced his pressings? For quite a few of these stampers/metal parts are mine, so nowadays I cannot repress quite a few titles of my label's back catalogue anymore...

Yes same here as for the metalwork. They are in possession of mr.Vreman as the german pressingplant have send the all parts back of Vreman's jobs. Personal i consider them lost.
