could be possible to salvage for parts. Price is pretty realistic to state of body of lathe. but who knows how bad wiring and mechanics are looks to be sitting around for a long time.

I had a feeling of scam when i first seen it alright, I have some mates living in glasgow. could be checked out first if somebody is looking. but the contact is listed as a craiglist contact i reckon if somebody was serious about selling it, it's contact would be different.

its def. the same machine. have a look at the marks (paint) on the left hand side where the microscope arm is. it is on both pictures identical. weird

It's also a VMS62 Special not an AM32. It's only good for parts. Good luck finding a vacuum top for the turntable.
