Not to be discouraging, but you are a couple years late to the party. The demand for these machines has gone way up and the supply way down recently causing prices to go up and for people to dig some pretty gnarly machines out and offer them for sale. You are going to have to probably dig deeper than posting here and will wait more than a week to find one.
I suggest talking to people one on over the phone to generate leads. Somebody might retire or die, but the guys I know with machines are pretty busy and don't really want to give them up right now.
It's not that you can't find one, but we see this kind of request on a more frequent basis so you will have to dig deep to find one, which you will if you put the time in.

well if you are not looking for THE bargain....
i still have another vms70 for sale. one is almost gone. the other waits for a good home.
but i am not very keen on shipping to usa..needs special crating and stuff. so i hope to find someone in europe.
but not impossible....maybe you can organize it all.
and if not, i look in my crystal sphere and i see that there will be a full working scully up for sale soon.(not from my side...)
but i guess that machine will show up sooner or later. scully, westrex 1700 amps and 3d heads...

I can suggest a shipping company had a good experience last year, but budget about 5000 bucks for the whole process if not a little more.
Also be aware that Euro lathes have a different motor (50hz) and you will have to find a 60hz motor for US power. I don't know of anybody that has a spare right now. Albert had a couple before he passed away and I got one. The other one needed to be rebuilt and I am not sure who got it.
