Vinylium or Vinyl Recorder?

The price is almost twice expensive but to a newbie the Vinylium (Kingston) seems so much easier to use?!
Can anyone tell me which one I should go for?! Find them second hand seems totally impossible. Have been ebay'ing for a half year soon!

Thanks for your input. I will go for that one.... I have a friend that lives in Swiss and can pick it up to avoid some insane tax too so it will be expensive but at least less expensive =)

Good idea. Only problem is that I live in Sweden and it is far to travel.
We'll see if I get a week over during the summer =)

Fraggles went there from Australia around 20.5 hours flying time and you are too far, with around 2 hours?
You got to be joking surely, No!

Holy s**t! Going from Australia is I don't know! Insane or totally dedication or maybe genius =)

Well, it is more at least 1500 km driving, probably 2000 km from Sweden to Swiss. That would be at least 2 days driving! But if I compare that to Fraggle I'm weak for sure hehe!

why driving anyway? if you book ahead you pay 30 bucks on a plane.
I would go in the morning to basel then catch a train to solothurn.
And after you checked it out you could also go to zurich. nice city to visit for sure.

Zurich is very nice indeed. I went to Vienna last year for a day (Sunday) and it was closed. And they even made a song about this city???!!! Pfft

We walked through the city centre for one hour before we found somebody to ask where all the people were and why the city was closed. You will surely have more fun in Switzerland and you can get yourself a nice vinyl cutter too. Whether you fly or drive, just dont go via Vienna!

You can fly from Helsinki to Zurich back and forth with Blue1 and SAS for around 250 €, should be around the same from Sweden - I wouldn't even consider driving - except you enjoy driving on german Autobahn without speed limits (and paying the gas - yikes!!). 8)

Yeah
These people are farked Let me tell you I was flying from London to Venice with Austrian air lines Stop in vienna for a connecting flight
Me and another person where going to Vienna So what do you think they did!
The plane there was a little late
So a van come on the tarmac picked as up drove us to the terminal Put us through customs and a security screen than back in the van and on to the waiting plane for Venice
The return trip was no different It was 30 minutes apart
Again through customs and immigration
Officer:
Q: What are you doing in Vienna
A: I am going to London
Q:How long are you staying in Austria?
A:As little as possible about 26 minutes
Q: What are you doing Here?
A:It is a connecting flight so I really have no choice
Q: You have been travelling a bit
A: So what has this got to do with you or any one for that matter
Q: We just want to know why
A: look lady If you had a transit lounge here you and I would not be having this futile conversation now would we?
Q: Well these are our Laws
A: you may have whatever you wish Why are you impossing these useless rules to poor travellers
A:Or I am only doing my job
My answer : Can I go now please there is 5 minutes left before the plane takes off
A: Oh I am sorry
Stamp Stamp hand over passport
Off I go last person on board Arghhhh
Yep don't go there
Well the country gave birth to an infamous man Go figure
Cheers
PS Nothing to do with lathes records or things that normal mortals do
Cheers

when I go back for holidays to Germany with my wife I am always amazed how easy it is for her with an australien passport.
They don't even look at her when they stamp her passport.
For some reason they always check me :) lol
I mean Vienna is too far anyway if you just stay for a weekend unless you wanna stay in a plane all the time.

I think he is joking but some jokes are not that good to use in descent places! At least I would not dare to joke about Muhammed if I travel to Gaza hehe.

But to make things straight here. Hitler was not born in Germany, he was born in Austria so that thing at the border is more likely something that was suspicious with your look, where you smoking pot when you went through the pass port ? :D

(Offensive name has been removed
Apologies to all I did not think that you guys are so sensitive after all these years
Obviously I was completely wrong on this
Once again sincere apologies to all

I don't know if "thicker skin is needed"....I do think people have a right to be sensitive, and to expect sensitivity and tact from others, when it comes to certain topics, and this is one of them.

However, I do know that mossboss greatly regrets having said what he said, knows he screwed up, feared digging a bigger hole, and brought this thread to my attention privately so I could make an assessment. Please give weight to his "sincere apologies." He means it.

If we were all sitting in a bar or talking face to face it would be different, and easier to manage. Tone of voice, of course, gets lost on a page, and the time element is gone. For all I know mossboss would buy the Austrians here a round of beers if he could. Maybe someday we'll get to meet somewhere and this can happen. ;)

Mossboss wishes he remove all references to the comment from the board to avoid further fanning of the flames. I try to minimize censoring the board, especially if more good can come from erring grievances and talking them through. However, I'll monitor this situation and see how it goes. Feel free to weigh in with me offline.
