I must say to be fair that Todd takes responsibility for my non straight stylus now and will take it back for regrinding with apologies.

It should be noted that I have now provided more documentation of my product than any other vendor. Everything is exposed. Waiting for other to follow suit (which will likely never happen).

I've provided extensive support in the form of the DGM Plastic Cutting Guide document. I'm also releasing a plastic cutting video guide within the next few weeks.

Other Trolls have posted regarding how I am accessible and I answer all emails in a timely fashion. And, I provide ongoing email support after the sale is finalized. I don't go to radio silence after payment is rendered. This seems to be a novel concept. I even took responsibility for a minor defect and have rectified the situation.

Besides having what I (and many others) consider to be a superior quality styli, I also provide top notch service and support. These three things are what set us apart from the rest.

The fourth is coming in a few months. We are waiting for our next prototype which will hopefully be the final configuration. The last one performed very well. Besides being more naturally rigid than diamond styli up till now, static will be a long forgotten problem. We were able to cut lacquer (yes lacquer) and have normal chip pick-up for almost 5 minutes before dropping chip. We were also able to cut a polycarbonate disc with purposefully induced static charge on the surface. No dropped chip. No precautionary measures whatsoever. We just charged the disc and started cutting. This new styli will cost more, but will be worth every penny. Longer life, stronger structure, more resilient to user error, static discharge and clear clean sounding grooves. We couldn't be more excited to bring you this incredible innovation this year!!!!
