for sale SAL84 GN special edition version military

Hello!
For sale is the SAL84 GN sound system, a special edition version [made for the military]. In practice, the system is not much different from the typical Neumann SAL84s made for commercial and professional use. The difference is the addition of four audio inserts for depth control, and a lighter, more rigid, compact, and shock-resistant design. It's likely only one of these was made, as I couldn't find anything similar online.

This offer is for a functional 5-rack unit. It's made of modular aluminum and weighs approximately 70 kilograms. It comes with a special original transport case. I'm selling this device with a heavy heart, but I'm forced to because I live on the edge of an armed conflict that's been raging for over three years. I've already been called up as a reservist and there's a high risk I could die on the battlefield if I'm sent to war. It's almost certain that the CCCP will attack my country soon! That's why I'm selling all the devices for a small price and fleeing overseas to the US as quickly as possible. The offer starts at $2,000 [plus $1,000 for the owner of TSSOLT]. This isn't an auction, it's an offer for Europeans. I'll personally deliver the system for free. Shipping has been a complicated issue lately.

Please submit bids publicly [no strings attached].
I will make the photos publicly available after the bidding period ends. I will only speak with the highest bidder.
The deadline for bids is September 17, 2025, Central European Time 12:00. Thank you for your interest.

I almost forgot, but I'm here. I see there's a lot of interest, but maybe people are embarrassed to blindly offer something for which you can't even see a picture, let alone whether it can even work properly. Tomorrow I'll share a picture, and the price is a whopping $250 for the SAL84 device, plus $250 for maintaining this website. If there's no interest by the end of the month, I'll throw this valuable equipment in the trash because I don't need it. We've switched to war and military technology, and that makes sense. I don't intend to deliver this equipment for $250; you have to pick it up in person in Slovakia.

thanks for the offer.
can you explain a bit more about the story behind it?
Is it original from Neumann or a build by somebody else?
Detailed photos (also inside) would be very nice.
Thank you 8)

As a result, I exchanged it for a US military iPhone, just like the one the soldier has on his ballistic vest, so the offer is no longer valid. 8)

I also have a military laptop BUND-Germany, a bit outdated for the modern battlefield, but it's great for audio processing, beautifully made, without a battery, hard drive, and power supply. I can send it to you for free at my expense, provided you don't live in Russia. I'll be back from duty in a few days and will post a photo. Best regards.
