There are three Radiotone portable record lathes on ebay, all listed by the same person, they all appear to be the same model, whatever it may be! Here are the links:

Never had any of them working. They are of reasonable quality for their age. I think they might be around WWII era. 78 only, not microgroove, standard sort of magnetic head of the era. Better than a Recordio, probably poorer than a Presto of the same era.
