vinylium.ch has some.
I've tried ordering from local belt places and they keep not being quite right. found perfect small belt but still working on better long belt replacements

Hey Guys
Try tyre Inner tubes made from Butyl Rubber
When you find the right diameter or peripheral length buy one cut it with a sharp knife by holding it between two flat pieces of hard timber planks
One inner tube will give you enough belts to supply every lathe in the USA
Thats what we did and that was a long time ago so the size of the inner tube escapes me
It would not take long to find one by ringing around the tyre joints there is enough adjustment there any way
You can get get very close to the original size any way
As an emergerncy an O ring or two will do
If they are the red coloured ones even better as they are a bit more flexible than the black ones
If they are of good quality they will not have a ridge inside them
If they do have a ridge use some 400 wet and dry paper and rub away the ridge
They will work just fine
Available from industrial bearing and seal supply joints
Cheers
