I know there have been some floating around here in the past, but I thought I should get a more recent poll. Are there any 6N feedscrews out there for sale at the moment, particularly in the 150-200 lpi range?

Thats a pretty popular range... Seems like its easy to find 120 and under since thy were used in the early years to cut 78s. Steve E or Kris D might have one that you are looking for...

Hi,

I have some simple plans a drew up for a 6N feedscrew. If you have a machinist friend, they can probably knock one out for you to any custom LPI. Not being a great machinst, it took me a few hours to fabricate. PM me if you want a copy of the drawing.

I have a machinist lined up, and I have for a couple of years. I was never able to get the minimum orders needed to do a run. I'm ready to revisit this one if others are. I do have some screws at lower, more common gauges, and maybe a couple I->O.

I want to get some made up, for my own use, in the 192 to 224 range. I also want to get some crazy LOW gauges made up for doing puzzle records. Say, a 20 or 22 lpi, 40 or 44, etc.

Well, count me as throwing in my hat for at least one of the high-pitch screws if you get enough to finally do that run!

I might be interested in a 44 lpi feedscrew... Probably because of my per-minute pricing, I've been getting a lot of orders for 1-2 min songs per side! haha.
