Pretty easily, provided you have the right tools. You'd need to either find a replacement carriage or have one machined to fit.

From the poor pics looks like a cast material. Anyone know what the broken carriage is made of? I think a clever welder might be able to fix this. What happened to cause this condition? If something fell on it, it must have been heavy. Could mean the table or oh took a hit too and though seller says "working" I wouldn't be surprised to find other damage, like something running out if true. Buyer beware?

It's always possible. Getting the main ingredients is just the first step.

I highly suggest getting a broken cutter and starting from the ground up. Then you can fix things that go wrong.

I had already commented to this guy about the cutterhead, it looks as if you can see it on the platter and then he has no close up pictures. I think it is worth it always
