I don't get it 1500 $ starting bid for a mono recorder that's nutz but I guess

It's plug and play ready, simply put a 7" disc on it and start cutting. Watch eBay more often, there are much more baffling sales including a Presto 6N without a feedscrew or cutterhead for $1825. Not clear if it had the ratcheting assembly or not based on the pics.
