Dub Plate in the Bay Area?

curious if there's any places that can cut dub plates in my general area..like SF bay area, San Jose, Sacramento etc etc.. perhaps maybe that might cut dubplates only? would be looking for that service over an actual mastering spot. But, I of course realize it's the same technology, equip etc.

Now digesting the list of dub plate cutters on this site, but, just curious if there are any that folks on here can recommend local places maybe with good service and cheap rates?

Besides, why do they need to be at "cheap rates"
Not a bad start from someone who also wants to buy a lathe Ha
