VMS 82 Lathe Repair

Does anyone know of anyone in the Ventura/Los Angeles/Commerce California area that can look at a VMS 82 Lathe and assess what is wrong with it and repair it?

I had someone over a couple of months ago and we put it together, only to find we were missing many parts. I've finally found all these parts (I believe all of them), and finished putting together what I could. The person I was using isn't available to help right now, and not for some time. I'm trying to get it up and running as soon as possible.

Thanks.

Dante

Try Len Horowitz in Culver City; HRS Records.

I'd recommend either Chris Muth or Al Grundy, both have worked quite a bit on the VMS82.

i guess you need an experienced tech for that, not just someone who worked with it.

so the onyl adress to ask: vinylium in switzerland.

if you can get in contact and fix a date ask for jvo at vinylium.
if not and have time. i can set it up. i have worked for long time with vms82 and i still have one... but no chance within next 2 month...
