I offer cnc machining out of southern California.
my equipment I use
1. CNC vertical mill and lathe,
2. 3d printer to prototype your parts
3. CAD and CAM software for designing and manufacturing
4. 3d scanner to replicate a solid model
5. miller syncrowave 250 tig welder

generally I will make a prototype to see if it fits, and if it does I go on to the next step and machine it out of aluminum, steel, brass, copper, ect.....

ive made e few parts for my Wilcox -gay recordio, rubber wheel that turns the motor, screw that holds the cutter cartridge in,
new connector for microphone, and many other parts.

Wish you had posted sooner... I'm just about to buy a CNC mill/lathe, 3d printer and Scanner rig.

But, I might like to ask for some insight into exactly which machine to purchase. Would you mind if I PM'd you some specific questions over the next few weeks? I would really appreciate it!

ya, let me know, ive been machining for around 8 years now.
I can point you in the right direction as far as tooling, software, and processes to make good parts.
